ATTENTION ALL MEMBERS!
It is very important that if you have a change of address and/or phone number that you let Lori Bardgett (859-441-5852) know asap. The membership packets are sent bulk mail and the post office will not forward them. Therefore, it is up to you to let us know so that you can receive your membership information in a timely fashion and to avoid late fees.

Also, if you are on the waiting list and you have a change in phone number or e-mail address, please let Lori Bardgett (859-441-5852) know asap. If we cannot get in touch with you, we will have to go to the next person on the list.

MEMBERSHIP UPDATE!

As most of you know, our membership consists of 550 families. We can only let in the amount of new members as old members drop out to maintain the 550 memberships.  

The fees involved are: a $1000 certificate fee ($750 is refunded when you terminate your membership); a $100 initiation fee (however, $25 was paid when you got on the waiting list); and then your dues ($185 for one person and then add an additional $30 for each extra person, i.e. a family of four's dues is $275 yearly). For example, for a family of four, the total amount due the first year would be $1350 ($275 each year after that as long as the dues remain the same). You must be prepared to accept membership at the time it is offered or else we will have to go to the next person on the list and you will forfeit your place on the waiting list.
